Commissions
Initial meeting and consultation
free of charge
Commission on the sale of a property
3 to 5% of the sale price, minimum EUR 3,000.
5% for properties priced up to EUR 100,000.
Includes a comprehensive real estate service including promotion, marketing and contract preparation.
Commission on the rental of a property
One month's rent (including utilities), minimum EUR 500 (for a lease of less than 2 years)
Two months' rent (including utilities), minimum EUR 500 (for a lease of 2 years or more)
The commission is paid by the owner who lists the property with the RK. The commission is paid by the tenant if the tenant requests the service.
The real estate agency reserves the right to charge a commission of one month's rent from both the owner and the tenant if both are contracted.
