We are a professional real estate agency and we are not looking for dozens of agents. One is enough for us, the right one, a unique one.
The exclusive professional for Bratislava will have properties in Bratislava in their portfolio. In our small team you will have no competition, because each agent specialises in a specific area. To get started, we can help by entrusting them with a share of deals already in progress in Bratislava (see kluc.sk).
The agent can also choose their specialisation: whether to focus on commercial or residential real estate.
Job description and responsibilities
- Property acquisition: viewings and preparation of an offer sheet with photos and a floor plan
- Selling the assignment through print and online media up to a complete legal service
- Taking care of the assignment at the highest professional level
- Communication with clients, viewings and administration related to real estate
- Preparing listings and communicating with interested parties

Employee requirements
| Education | Secondary education with a school-leaving examination, university degree of the first, second or third level |
| Languages | English or German, at least A2 |
| Computer skills | Microsoft Word, Excel (basics) |
| Driving licence | B |
| Experience | At least 1 year (in any field) |
